Crock Pot Pizza!
by Jackie Mitchell

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Italian Sausage
1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 jars pizza sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni (I used turkey pepperoni)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 bag Kluski noodles (in the spaghetti aisle)
1 small onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
Italian seasoning
Small amount of oil, butter or spread

Brown sausage with onion and green pepper...drain. Add pizza and spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Cut Pepperoni in half. Boil and drain noodles per instructions on bag. Layer in greased crock pot: sauce, pepperoni, noodles, cheese: Repeat 3-4 times.

Cook in crock pot on HIGH for 2 hours OR LOW for 4 hours.

Ingredients.

Get water for cooking noodles going.

Chop onion.

Chop green pepper.

Brown sausage with onion and green pepper.

Italian seasoning is added to water which will cook the noodles. Flavors noodles.

Drain sausage mix after sausage is cooked.

Add pizza sauce to sausage, onion, pepper mix.

Add pasta sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. We used Hunt’s Roasted Garlic & Onion, Pasta Sauce.

Dump noodles into boiling water. Follow noodle’s instructions for cook time.

Take a break! Your flavor of choice.

Oil, butter or spread added to cooking noodles keeps them from sticking together.

It’s time to get the crock pot out.

“Grease” the crock pot. We used Canola Oil non stick spray. Not my favorite but it was on the shelf.

Layer of cooked sauce mix goes into crock pot. You will add 3 to 4 layers of sauce, pepperoni, noodles and cheese.

Layer of pepperoni.

Layer of noodles.

Layer of triple cheddar cheese.

Layer of Mozzarella cheese.

All layered up with 3 to 4 layers. Cook in crock pot on High for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours.

Mmmm, Mmmm Good.
