| Dry Onion Soup Potatoes | by Rhonda Burgin | This potato recipe uses packaged dry onion soup mixed with butter. The butter-onion soup mix is melted together in your microwave onion. Spray an aluminum pan with a non-stick spray. 10 medium potatoes are sliced but not pealed. Place sliced potatoes in the pan. Peal one onion into big pieces, approximately 1½ inches. Place onions over potatoes. Pour butter-onion soup mix over the top. |
Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
Out of oven after 45 minutes. |
Add Cheddar Cheese. Place back in oven for 10 minutes. |
