| Yummy Homemade Fudgy Brownies … Just as Quick as From a Box | by Barbara Carroll | Ingredients and cookware. |
These are the ingredients you will need to make these delicious brownies:
- 1stick of butter
- 1, 12 ounce package chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cup of sugar
- 1 1/3 cup of flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a microwave safe bowl dump in your chocolate chips with your stick of butter and microwave for 1 minute … |
Take bowl out (be careful it might be hot). And stir chips and butter until blended. |
The chocolate chips are not quite completely melted so put back in and microwave for 30 more seconds. |
Now stir and make sure all the chips are melted. |
Now add your dry ingredients. |
Then add your eggs and vanilla. |
Stir it all up … here is where you might want to add some nuts if your family likes them….my kids won’t eat brownies with nuts so sometime I add a ½ cup of mini chocolate chips to jazz it up. |
Grease bottom only of a 9x13 pan. |
Put your batter in and bake for 30 minutes. |
Let cool for a bit then enjoy. |
