| Beer Bread – So Simple (Just 3 Ingredients) and So Good | by Jackie Mitchell | This bread is tasty and so easy to make that you may wish to make more loaves for your friends. They will eat it up. This bread recipe has just 3 ingredients:
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 can warm, cheap beer Pour 3 cups of self rising flour into the mixer. |
This beer is not for this recipe. It is for you! |
Add 1/3 cup sugar to the mixer. |
This cheap, warm beer is used in the recipe. |
Pour beer into the mixer. |
You can use a round cake pan or a classic loaf pan. We used the round cake pan. |
“Grease” pan. We poured a bit of olive oil into the pan. |
Spread the oil on the bottom and sides of pan. |
Pour flour/sugar/beer batter into the pan. |
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
Pull out of oven and butter the top of the bread. Then place back in the oven for 15 minutes. |
Done. You may wish to eat some fresh and warm. Mmmmm Good. |
